BRONZE: Comfortable, economy homes with basic, older furnishings, perfect for those on a budget. One bedroom homes have one bathroom and sleep 2-4. Two bedroom homes have one bathroom and sleep 4-6. Three bedroom homes have two bathrooms and sleep 6-8. The following amenities are also available: well-equipped kitchens including a microwave (most have a coffee maker), TV (some have satellite, a VCR or DVD player), a few have complimentary WiFi (please request if required), free domestic and some international calls, linens and towels, and a BBQ. Some homes have additional features such as board games, a fireplace, books, etc. SILVER: Comfortable, well-maintained homes with up-to-date furnishings. Two bedroom homes have one bathroom and sleep 4-6. Three bedroom homes have two bathrooms and sleep 6-8. All homes feature the following amenities: well-equipped kitchens including a microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, TV (most also have satellite and a DVD player), a few have complimentary WiFi (please request if required), free domestic and some international calls, upgraded linens and towels, and a BBQ. Many homes have additional features such as board games, a fireplace, books, etc. MANDATORY CLEANING FEE: A mandatory Cleaning Fee of $100 per home (subject to applicable taxes) will be charged direct upon check-in. (Fee is subject to change without notice) MANDATORY PROPERTY PROTECTION PLAN FEE: A mandatory Property Protection Plan Fee of $39 (subject to applicable taxes) will be charged direct upon check-in. This non-refundable fee is to cover accidental damage to the property during your stay, regardless of the length of stay. OPTIONAL SERVICES: Mid-stay cleaning service, highchairs and baby cribs are available on request for an additional fee (fees are payable direct upon check-in). Complimentary WiFi is available at the main office (subject to opening hours). LATE ARRIVALS: If arriving after 6pm (5pm in the winter), a late arrival packet with keys and a unit map can be picked-up from inside the box attached to the stairs outside the Rental Office door.
