##Description
**Club Residence La Castellana Mare** is located directly on Belvedere Marittimo beach, a famous seaside resort on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria. The town centre is 2 km away, while the famous town of Diamante, with its long coastline of fine sand, is 7 kilometres away. Valle del Fiume Argentino Nature Reserve is not far from the resort and is ideal for amazing excursions. Paola railway station can be reached in 30 minutes by car, while Lamezia Terme airport can be reached in an hour and a half.

This residence is part of a resort that blends perfectly with the surrounding area and consists of a single U-shaped building overlooking the garden, with the apartments and the main services, and another building, located 50 metres away and called “Caraibi”, with two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. An area of the resort houses rooms available with the Hotel formula (see Hotel La Castellana Mare).
It includes a reception, an American bar by the pool, a 1,300sqm pool connected by two wooden decks, with water jets and a central island and a furnished solarium.

Guests can take advantage of some services offered by Hotel La Castellana, located 500 metres away, such as an amphitheatre, a conference room, a tennis court, a beach volleyball court, a children's playground and a gym, as well as a supermarket, a bazaar, a tobacconist, a newsagent and a hair salon. The spa, also open to external customers, is equipped with a Turkish bath and a sauna and offers beauty treatments and massages as well.

The private beach is equipped with an umbrella and two deck chairs per room, at an additional cost.

The mandatory Club Card includes daily entertainment with sports courses and recreational activities, evening entertainment with shows, cabarets at the amphitheatre and outdoor disco in Hotel La Castellana, located 500 metres away. The qualified staff of the Mini Club and the Junior Club organises recreational activities, diversified according to different age groups.

The use of the private, unattended car park is included in the price.

Club Residence La Castellana Mare has different types of apartments, for a total of 80 apartments, including:
-Studio 2/4 (31-35sqm): a living room with a double bed and one or two trundle beds;
-1 Bedroom Apartment 3/5 (41sqm): a living room with a double sofa bed and a double bedroom. A fifth trundle bed is available in the room or in the living room;
-2 Bedroom Apartment 4/7 (60sqm): a living room with a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A seventh trundle bed is available in one of the rooms or in the living room;
-3 Bedroom Apartment 6/8 (70sqm): a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms. A seventh trundle bed is available in one of the bedrooms;
-3 Bedroom Apartment 6/8 (70sqm) “Caribbean Sea”: a living room with a double sofa bed, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

All apartments offer views of the sea and mountain. Apartments located on the ground floor have a garden, while those on the first floor a balcony. They have private bathrooms with shower, hair dryer, telephone, TV, a refrigerator and a safe. Air conditioning is available at an additional cost from 27/06 to 29/08 (optional in other periods).
